At any part of the project if we find that due to time constraint or some other reasons that the project can't be done or done on time, we will refund you your 50% deposit. However upon completion of the project, we expect the other 50% payment before we hand you any part of the coding. If at anytime should you as the client back out (Hopefully you don't), the 50% will not be refunded neither will any part of the codes be handed to you.<br /><br /></span>Hopefully, we will not have to land to the last part of the policy.
